“FOR SERBIAN PEOPLE AND STATE” FOUNDATION FROM BELGRADE ANNOUNCES THE PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR THE ANNUAL STUDENT AWARD FOR THE BEST ESSAY Topics of the competition
Contest topics
This year’s competition topics are:
- “International Law and International Justice”
- “Crisis Management – Challenges to the State Stability”
Awards
Three best papers will be rewarded with the following sums:
- 1st place (170,000.00 RSD);
- 2nd place (100,000.00 RSD);
- 3rd place (70,000.00 RSD).
Application conditions for the competition
The students of all faculties of social sciences and humanities attending basic and master academic studies from the Republic of Serbia have the right to participate.
Accompanying documentation
Necessary accompanying documentation to be submitted with the essay:
- Form 1
- Form 2
- Photocopy of the student’s ID or passport (card reader extract);
- Certificate proving the student’s status
Rule for essay writing
In the process of essay writing, it is necessary to observe the following rules:
- The essay must be written in Microsoft Office Word, font Times New Roman, font size 12, with justified paragraphs and row space 1.15;
- The essay must not be published before the end of the competition;
- The essay must contain maximum up to 3,000 words;
- The essay must be theoretically founded.
Application deadline
The essay with the accompanying documentation should be e-mailed no later than 10th June 2022 to: office@fondacijasnd.rs. The applications received after the above-stated date will not be taken into consideration.
Selection process
The best essays will be selected by the members of the expert panel. The list will be published on 25th June 2022 on the website of “For Serbian People and State” Foundation at: https://fondacijasnd.rs/.
