The journal PROGRESS publishes academic papers about political theory and political practice – in the broadest terms. Our wish is to promote political culture and dialogue through this journal, to enable academic authors, as well as policy creators and implementors to publish their papers referring to international relations, geopolitics, Euro-integrations, social matters in general, public policies, as well as political tradition, history, remembrance culture etc. In that respect, NAPREDAK is the encounter place of theory and practice in the field of politics.

Through the presentation of Dragoš Kalajić’s journalistic texts with the subject of war, as well as by emphasizing Kalajić’s participation in war conflicts during 1992-1995, the author strives to point to the basic corpus of values by which Kalajić was guided in life and which he fiercely defended, as well as to the higher, literary quality of his war reports.

The international community needs to advance global governance through true multilateralism. Nevertheless, unilateralism and hegemonism are undermining multilateralism, which faces significant obstacles.

French-Serbian relations date back to the Middle Ages, to the time when Helen of Anjou married
Stefan Uroš I and become the Serbian queen. Although her connection to the House of Anjou is disputed in modern historiography, in case this claim proves to be true, French-Serbian friendship and state relations have lasted for more than seven centuries.
Formally speaking, this year marks the 186th anniversary of the official diplomatic relations established between Serbia and France – in 1839, during Miloš Obrenović’s reign, while Serbia was still a vassal principality.
