This means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, return the funds to the cardholder’s account.

The user and the Foundation “For the Serbian People and State” agree to attempt to resolve any potential disputes arising during the course of their relationship amicably. If they fail to do so, the competent court shall be the court in Belgrade, or the court in the place of residence or temporary residence of the consumer in the Republic of Serbia, with the application of the law of the Republic of Serbia.
