The Foundation \u201cFor Serbian People and State\u201d organized a round table on the topic \u201cWomen in Entrepreneurship\u201d in Kragujevac, on 12 July 2022.<\/p>\n
The round table was aimed at empowering women in Rasina District to reach financial independence, find employment and improve their position in the labour market.<\/p>\n
The panel participants were introduced into the support program of local self-government of the City of Kru\u0161evac as very important in starting own business, which was spoken about by Goran Tomi\u0107, Head of the Department for Economy.<\/p>\n
The round table topic was discussed by: Violeta Babi\u0107, PhD, Assistant Professor of Economics, Goran Tomi\u0107, Head of the Department for Economy in Kru\u0161evac, Maja Markovi\u0107, BSc in Economics, Nata\u0161a Markovi\u0107, Human Resources Manager in Swiss company \u201cEtampa\u201d in Kru\u0161evac, and Ana Jovanovi\u0107, graphic designer and owner of the printing shop Grafoklinik.<\/p>\n
The conclusion and unanimous statement of all panellists imply improving self-confidence among women and a clearly set goal that will lead them towards progressive business.<\/p>\n
A particular emphasis was laid on the importance of networking, association and exchange of experiences as a relevant factor of success in the development of entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n
Within its July activities, the Foundation has organized an ECDL course in Kru\u0161evac as support to women in entrepreneurship in Rasina District.<\/p>\n
The attendees will receive an internationally recognized certificate of knowledge of computer work, which may largely contribute to their further business.<\/p>\n
