The traditional cultural event \u201cStanislav Bini\u010dki Days\u201d<\/b>, dedicated to the life and work of one of Serbia\u2019s most distinguished composers, officially concluded last night, 27 July, in Jasika, on the anniversary of Stanislav Bini\u010dki\u2019s birth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 23rd edition of the event was organised by the Jasika Local Community, the Kru\u0161evac Cultural Centre, the \u201cStanislav Bini\u010dki\u201d Primary School, and the \u201cStanislav Bini\u010dki\u201d Cultural and Artistic Society, under the patronage of the City of Kru\u0161evac and with the support of the Foundation \u201cFor the Serbian People and State\u201d<\/b>, which has supported the event for the third consecutive year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Held from 24 to 27 July, the event brought together painters from various parts of Serbia. Inspired by Stanislav Bini\u010dki\u2019s birthplace and heritage, both adults and children created works of art as a unique tribute to the life and creative legacy of the great composer. An exhibition featuring the works produced during the event was officially opened as part of the closing ceremony.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the exhibition in the churchyard in Jasika, the programme continued in the courtyard of the \u201cStanislav Bini\u010dki\u201d Primary School, where flowers were laid at the composer\u2019s memorial bust as a mark of respect for his immeasurable contribution to Serbian musical culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremonial evening was further enriched by a concert performed by the Chamber Orchestra of the Ministry of Defence Art Ensemble \u201cStanislav Bini\u010dki\u201d<\/b>, which proudly bears the composer\u2019s name, bringing this year\u2019s programme to a fitting close. The orchestra performed works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, while part of the programme was also dedicated to compositions by Miroljub Aran\u0111elovi\u0107 Rasinski, a native of Kru\u0161evac.<\/span><\/p>\n

By supporting this event for the third consecutive year, the Foundation \u201cFor the Serbian People and State\u201d<\/b> reaffirms its commitment to preserving Serbia\u2019s national cultural heritage, keeping alive the memory of the great figures of Serbian art, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the preservation of cultural identity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Foundation will continue to support projects that promote Serbian culture, tradition, and historical heritage in the period ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n
